by purchasing from the cuffed store, you agree to the following terms.

all products and services offered are the intellectual property of cuffed studios operating llc. unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any cuffed product is prohibited.

digital products are licensed for personal use only. you may not share, resell, or redistribute any digital file purchased from this store.

signed and numbered prints are limited edition physical goods. each print is individually signed and numbered by the author. prints are produced to order and are non-refundable.

coaching sessions are one-on-one sessions conducted via audio call. sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. cuffed reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.

the complimentary substack foundation subscription included with coaching purchases is valid for new subscribers only and is subject to substack's terms of service.

cuffed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
