when will my signed print ship?

signed and numbered prints ship within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. each print is produced and signed to order.

how are prints packaged?

prints are shipped flat in protective packaging. tracking is sent by email once the order leaves.

do you ship internationally?

yes. cuffed ships worldwide to supported destinations. customs fees and import duties, when applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

digital products

how are digital products delivered?

digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase confirmation. if the email does not arrive, check spam first, then contact store@cuffedmedia.com.

what can i do with a digital file?

digital files are licensed for personal use. you may print and display your purchased file. resale, redistribution, commercial reproduction, and file sharing are not permitted.

what size should i print the architecture files?

the recommended size is 18×18 inches on archival or matte paper. the high-resolution files are designed to hold their detail at that size.

limited editions

are the physical prints signed and numbered?

yes. every physical architecture print is signed and numbered by the author. editions are limited to 100 worldwide.

will a closed edition be reprinted?

no. once all 100 signed and numbered prints in an edition are sold, that edition closes permanently.

coaching

how does coaching work?

sessions are private one-on-one audio calls with the author of cuffed. scheduling details are delivered by email after purchase.

is coaching therapy?

no. coaching is pattern recognition, mechanism-level clarity, and structured decision support. it is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

do coaching sessions expire?

three-session bundles do not expire. use the sessions at your own pace.

returns + support

what is the return policy?

all sales are final. digital downloads, signed prints, and coaching sessions are non-refundable. if a print arrives damaged, contact store@cuffedmedia.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage.

can i reschedule a coaching session?

yes. reschedule at least 48 hours before the session. sessions not rescheduled within that window are forfeited.
