Refund policy

all sales are final.

digital downloads are non-refundable. once a file has been delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

signed and numbered prints are non-refundable. each print is produced to order and signed by the author. if your order arrives damaged, contact store@cuffedmedia.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. we will assess on a case by case basis.

coaching sessions are non-refundable. if you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. failure to reschedule within that window forfeits the session.
